Shellfish

Here is a list of the shellfish we offer. All items are subject to availability.

We offer steaming services for select shellfish for an additional $3 charge per pound, however, live Maine lobsters are complimentary. Additionally, we can split lobsters for a $3 charge per lobster.

Littleneck Clams

Littlenecks tend to be sweeter in taste due to their smaller size. Clams are sold individually, by the dozen, or in 100 count bags.

Razor Clams

These are local Florida clams. The taste of razor clams is very mild. Clams are sold individually, by the dozen, or in 100 count bags.

Patriot Oysters

These oysters come from the waters of Cape Cod, MA. They are also higher in salinity. Oysters are sold individually, by the dozen, or in half-bushels.

Steamer Clams

Found in northeastern waters, steamers are slightly salty and sweet. For more flavor, look for the darker shells as the acidity of the mud they lie in determines their taste. Steamers are sold by the pound.

Maine Lobster

These lobster tails and claws come from the colder water of Maine. The meat is deliciously sweet and tender. We sell them live, steamed, or as frozen tails.

Topneck Clams

Topneck clams are mild in taste and great for chowders. Clams are sold individually, by the dozen, or in 100 count bags.

Gulf Oysters

These are your classic gulf oysters and are lower in salinity. Oysters are sold individually, by the dozen, or in half-bushels.

Wellfleet Oysters

These oysters come from the waters surrounding Wellfleet, MA. These oysters have an amazing taste balancing high salinity and sweetness. Oysters are sold individually, by the dozen, or in half-bushels.

Bay Scallops

These scallops come from bays on the eastern coast. You can expect a sweet, buttery taste with a tender texture. These are great for pastas!

Florida Spiny Lobster

These lobster tails come straight from the warms waters of Florida. The meat is very tender and mild. We sell these fresh (whole) or as frozen tails.

Cherrystone Clams

Cherrystone clams are mild in taste and great for chowders. Clams are sold individually, by the dozen, or in 100 count bags.

Blue Point Oysters

These oysters come from the waters of Long Island, near Blue Point, NY. The taste is sweeter than your typical oyster. Oysters are sold individually, by the dozen, or in half-bushels.

P.E.I Mussels

These mussels come from the famous Prince Edwards Island. They are very rich and sweet and high in iron and B12. Mussels are sold by the pound.

Sea Scallops

These scallops come from the Boston area. They come dry-packaged and are mild and sweet in taste with a tender texture. For more of a sweeter flavor, go for the pink/orange colored scallops. You can estimate 16-20 scallops per pound.

Crawfish

These local crawfish have a sweet taste, something between a shrimp and a crab with a firm texture. They are sold either live or cooked by the pound.
